When I saw this flamingo stamp, I knew I just had to have it. There’s just something unique with flamingos. For one, the pinkish reddish color is just beautiful. But, I’m also fascinated and slightly jealous of their balancing skills. After all, I’m that girl in yoga class who can’t do a tree pose.

As I was making this very simple birthday card, I realized it was just too simple. So, I opened up every craft drawer to see how I could spice it up a bit. And I found pink rhinestones!! I haven’t used rhinestones on anything in forever.

Since this card was going to a girly girl (she lives in pink), I knew these embellishments were a perfect addition.

This card was very easy to make. The most time consuming part was gluing the rhinestones. It couldn’t have been all that time consuming though, after all, it only took 12 minutes to make.
