Even my lists have lists. Really, they do.  Here is a list of some of the lists I make:

  1. I make the obvious grocery list.
  2. I make lists of the food I’m making for the week.
  3. I make a list of the chores I need to do around the house for the day.
  4. I make lists in my calendar of what I need to do for the week.
  5. I make lists of the clothes I need to pack for vacations.
  6. I make lists of what I need to include on future lists I plan on making.

This goes on and on.

Let me be honest. I do get some form of gratification when I can cross off something from my list.  It’s as though I’m giving myself a gold star for completing a task (and who doesn’t want a gold star?).

This brings me to the reason why I made a tracker for all my social media accounts. When the time calls for it, there’s absolute enjoyment with filling in that one square.  Now, it may not be a list per se, but in reality, it’s a variation of a list (close cousin if you will).

Yes, there are apps that track this information. There’s even a tracker on the media account itself.  But where’s the fun in that?

In the grand scheme of things, when I’m 80 years old, I may want to remember or relive certain points in my life.  Now, if only I could find my diary from junior high…

I’d also like to thank Dingbats Notebook for this debossed elephant notebook from their wildlife collection. The pages are thicker than other notebooks I’ve been using and each page is removable!! Really though, I am very impressed with the quality. More info on that very soon!
