So, my husband and I have decided to start eating more healthy…starting August 1st.
Goodbye to the sugary, or greasy, or salty, or carb laden cuisine that we sometimes feast upon.
Hello to the 10,000 plus steps, the cardio, and the dripping sweat from intense workouts.
Actually, I’m not as bothered by it like I thought I would be. I’m all for it. It’s so unfortunate how easy it is to get sidetracked.
To help me process the change that is about to occur, I thought it best for me to document the results – both before and after.
What better way to track my progress then in a bullet journal? I received some fabulous rubber stamps from my friends at The Sassy Club – it couldn’t have come at a better time.

This is what I did –
I used this ink and this bullet journal tracker stamp from The Sassy Club.
Just an FYI – I’ve never used a stamp of this size, so I did a few practice stamps on a scratch piece of paper before using it in my journal. I also didn’t have a big enough acrylic stamp block to hold the stamp so I used this one but needed and ordered this one. When I finally applied it to the real thing, I made sure to press down firmly in all areas.
After that, I wrote in the month with a purple brush pen from this set
My regular writing isn’t the best, so I wrote out everything in pencil and then wrote over it with these pens.
I’m committed to achieving change in myself. So, I thought it important to see the change by measuring myself at the beginning and end of the month.
I also included a fill-it-in calendar (part of the same stamp set from The Sassy Club) so I can circle and track which days are most difficult (I imagine the weekends will be tough!).
These are all the pens I used.
