I must be in color overload mode. I cannot shake the feeling I’ve been using too many colors or too much color (look at my last few Instagram posts)!
Anyway I wanted to keep this layout simple and low pro. So I used minimal – not too bold colors- and some of my favorite supplies.

Here’s what I did-
I started by making eight 2.5″ colorful circles with some twin tip pens available at Tombow.
Then I hand lettered the word August with an orange brush pen from this set.
I love stamping in the days of the week, so I continued that trend with these stamps and stamp holder.
I stared at the layout thinking I was done…but knowing I really wasn’t done.
I didn’t like how the middle section on the right side of the page looked so empty. So, I added a calendar with this calendar stamp and acrylic block.
Just about perfect. I added a section for my goals, threw on some washi tape and it was good to go!
