I love to color. It’s relaxing for me. Although I’m way passed coloring teddy bears or cartoon figures, I’m all for coloring botanicals, paisley’s, and mandalas.
Not too long ago, I started taking watercolor classes. This put a whole new meaning on coloring for me. So much so, that I’ve put aside my coloring books and crayons and decided to color with watercolor.
But there’s a catch.
Drawing is not my strong suit. In fact, it stresses me out sometimes. So, I’ve taken away the stress of actually drawing images and decided to just dive right in with a different watercolor technique…rubber stamps and embossing powder. Now I can watercolor without actually drawing.
It looks so pretty once it’s painted.
With my recent watercolor(ing), I actually took the watercolor sheet a step further and turned it into a greeting card (congrats card).
These watercolor sheets are now available on Etsy. Enjoy.
